My enemy doesn't want me to get "affordable health care" because it wouldn't deplete my finances fast enough. As I stated before, Covered California currently offers the lowest rates in the state, but you can't access the site and apply. In fact, when I try to apply, I get this message: "This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect securely to v.calheers.ca.gov, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
What Should I Do?

If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue."

Note the phrase "someone is tying to impersonate the site and you shouldn't continue". Other people have reported this problem and if you try to call them, your call gets shunted to a dead line and you get cut off immediately. It's too bad that people not willing to sign up for Obamacare get treated this way.
